Volt is immediately hiring a Warehouse Specialist in NW Portland, OR.
$21/hr - $23/hr
As a Picker / Packer you will:
A warehouse picker packer's job is to select and pack items for shipment, while also maintaining warehouse inventory and keeping products organized:

• Picking and packing: Using an inventory list, pick items from shelves and pack them into boxes for shipment

• Inventory management: Count and record stock levels, and use scanners to update the inventory catalog

• Organization: Keep products organized and in good rotation

• Quality control: Monitor product quality and report any issues

• Shipping: Track and document shipment arrival and departure times

This is a Full time, Temp to hire opportunity.
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
The ideal candidate will have:

• Stand Up and Sit-down Forklift experience
• Experience with a handheld scanner
• Experience using a WMS software application
• Previous shipping/receiving experience

$21/hr - $23/hr
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
