Title Pay Range:

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.

Salary: $51,414 - $80,863 DOE & Position Level, Jr. I, II, or III

Join Our Team as a Systems Analyst
Are you a problem solver passionate about developing, integrating, and maintaining cutting-edge systems? KBBH is seeking a Systems Analyst to improve system performance and scalability in line with SDLC best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance our technology portfolio, streamline operations, and meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable, non-technical plans.
  • Develop and maintain core applications, databases, and cloud-hosted systems.
  • Create test cases and oversee quality assurance for system upgrades and implementations.
  • Work with the IT Systems Administrator to design, implement, and upgrade information systems.
  • Provide technical guidance to partners and maintain vendor relationships for systems like Tableau, Jira, and Credible.
  • Continuously research and integrate new technologies to improve systems' efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies.
Preferred:
  • 3+ years of IT systems experience.
  • Knowledge of Python, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Postgres, and full-stack development.
  • Experience with UML, GitHub, and system design tools like Visual Paradigm or Lucidchart.
