We have immediate openings for self-motivated CDL Class A hay truck drivers in the Hermiston to La Grande, OR, and Pasco to Yakima, WA regional areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company!
Position Highlights:

Job Duties:
- Safely deliver hay/straw from field-side stacks to our customers in Oregon and Washington
- Maintain accurate and timely DOT records and comply with all DOT regulations
- Safely operate all Pacific Ag Carrier equipment
- Collaborate with loaders, customers, and other drivers to ensure a positive working environment
Experience/Requirements:
- Class A CDL with double endorsements
- At least two (2) years of semi-truck driving experience
- Hay hauling experience preferred but not required
- Ability to haul to Canada is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION
A Pacific Ag Truck Driver is responsible for delivering baled products to our customers while operating the truck safely and in compliance with all DOT regulations. Effective communication with the Dispatcher and Loader Operator is essential for safe and timely loading and deliveries. Truck Drivers must complete all required paperwork accurately, including logs, bills of lading, weight tickets, timesheets, and inspection records.
Key Accountabilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of trucks
- Zero time-loss accidents
- Meeting or exceeding weekly load goals
- Accurate, legible, and timely submission of Bills of Lading and Weight Tickets
- Compliance with regulatory standards and submission of accurate information to office administration and management
Other Essential Functions:
- Accurate and timely completion of logs
- Daily truck and trailer inspections and servicing to maintain equipment in good operating condition
- Immediate notification to the shop of any repair needs
- Clear communication with Dispatcher and Loader Operator
- Professional conduct with customers, growers, and other drivers
- Assisting with housekeeping standards in stack yards, including moving tarps and sorting stacks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Class A CDL with doubles endorsement and current medical card
- Good MVR/Driving record and insurable
- Minimum of two years trucking experience, preferably with hay or agricultural commodities
- Ability to follow dispatching directions and read a map
- Clear communication skills by radio and phone
- Initiative and attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and available for varying start times and extra shifts as needed
- Ability to strap loads to meet standard requirements

Monday-Friday Day Shift; Weekend and Holidays when needed based on business levels.
