Job description

We areseeking a Board Certified Interventional Cardiology Physician for a locumtenens position in Coos Bay, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to join awell-established cardiovascular team that provides a wide range ofinterventional and general cardiology services.

In thisrole, your responsibilities will include seeing inpatient hospital patients,managing clinic patients, rotating into the cardiac catheterization lab, andcovering imaging rotations. You will also participate in a shared call rotationfor both general and interventional cardiology, including weekend coverage.During the week, you will work day shifts, rotating between inpatient care,clinic duties, and procedural work in the cath lab. While there are no specificweekend shift hours, you will be expected to share on-call duties for bothgeneral and interventional cardiology services on weekends.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine (required)
• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology or Certificate of Added Qualification in Interventional Cardiology by the AOBIM (required)
• Active Oregon license or willingness to obtain (required)
• Minimum of 2 years' work experience as an Interventional Cardiologist (required)
