Job description

LHH is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in data privacy for a remote, temporary position lasting 2-3 months. In this role, you will manage and negotiate contracts, with a focus on ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including data processing agreements (DPAs), SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents

  • Ensure all contracts comply with relevant data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable global privacy frameworks

  • Monitor changes in data privacy regulations and ensure ongoing contract compliance

  • Assist in developing contract templates and privacy-related clauses

  • Manage the contract lifecycle process, ensuring timely execution and amendments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; JD or Paralegal certification is a plus

  • 10+ years of experience in contract management, with a strong focus on data privacy and technology contracts

  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

  • Proven experience negotiating data processing agreements and privacy clauses

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

  • Salesforce experience, preferred

Pay Rate: $50-$80/hour



Pay Details: $50.00 to $80.00 per hour
