PMO PROJECT MANAGER IMPACT:

The PMO Project Manager is responsible for supporting and overseeing Strategy implementation and all improvement activities. The range of tasks will reach from progress tracking and reporting to challenging of contents and interacting with all levels of management to drive changes.

PMO PROJECT MANAGER DETAILS:

Proactive management of sub-projects with focus on ensuring and evaluating measurable results

Responsible to ensure consistency of action plans and planned results across sub-projects and during the course of the program.

Intensive exchange and coordination of project contents with involved corporate functions (e.g., controlling)

Content-related sparring regarding the project progress with involved stakeholders

Development and preparation of regular (interim) presentations of results for the executive board and for the Program Steering Committee

Development and enforcement of countermeasures when deviation from budget is foreseeable

Particular challenges including conflict management, detection of correlations and performance risks across sub-projects.

Challenge developed contents and support implementation.

Provide best practices and align with internal as well as external experts.

Creation Investment proposal (Capex) and business case justification

Administration of PMO Tool

PMO PROJECT MANAGER BACKGROUND:

Bachelors or masters degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
