Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Electrical Engineer to work in the Tulsa, OK area for a top utility and energy company. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

• Hybrid position - will work one day per week on location; remaining days will be remote work. (The number of days each week working in office is subject to change).

Responsibilities:

• Perform power flow, short circuit, and facility studies.
• Write reports and explain study results.
• Develop holistic solutions to interconnect customers, correct criteria violations, and address rehab needs.
• Present projects to internal engineering groups and support them throughout project development.
• Lead, facilitate, and coordinate work activities of others within the work group, team, department or other corporate entity as necessary to perform all routine engineering technology efforts. Ensure all work activities are performed in accordance with the policies, practices, standards, and rules of the company.
• Develop input necessary to forecast costs for routine projects, improvement requisitions, etc.
• Resolve and initiate solutions to problems which usually require additional definition/clarification before analysis can begin.
• May use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering in a program accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
• Two or more years of related engineering experience.
