NorthCare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services to adults and families in a community-based setting. Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices to support recovery and client-centered care.
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and community partners to facilitate health behavior change and achieve treatment goals.
Conduct thorough assessments and provide crisis intervention services, ensuring client safety and appropriate interventions.
Maintain licensure and required certifications, participate in trainings, and contribute to case consultations and program meetings.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in social work, Psychology, or related human services field.
Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, LBP, or under supervision for licensure in Oklahoma.
Proficiency in MS Word and general computer skills; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Flexible schedule for community-based services, including potential weekend and holiday availability.
Certifications: CPR, First Aid, Therapeutic Options, Co-Occurring Training, and Trauma Informed Training.
Valid Oklahoma driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and recent TB test.
