Responsibilities Peraton is currently seeking skilled and qualified candidates for our Publication Generalist Manager position with the USPS TESS program located in Norman, Oklahoma. This position will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities of documentation staff within the department. This position is for a proposal that has not yet been awarded. If awarded, this position is projected to start in January 2025. Selected candidate must reside or live local to the Norman, OK customer site. Company will provide relocation assistance for selected candidates if re-location is required. Day to Day Work Responsibilities: Administer publication policies and procedures
Ensure employees in functional areas follow established procedures
Ensure work performed by staff is completed under time and budgetary constraints
Daily use or standard and field related concepts, practices and procedures.
Utilizing experienced judgement to plan and accomplish planned goals.Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 6+ years experience.
U.S. Citizenship (Must have resided in the U.S. the past five years with no more than six months outside travel of the U.S. during this time frame).
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Experience with publication of internal policies and procedures.
Experience with planning and oversight of projects with set deadlines and budgetary constraints.
Experience with supervising staff on a program or department.Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree or higher
Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
