Long-Term Care Account Representative


We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Long-Term Care Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for nursing home and long-term care facilities, ensuring that their specific needs are met and fostering strong relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts, coordinating services, and providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the long-term care sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:



  • Serve as the main liaison between long-term care facilities and the company, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with nursing home administrators and staff.

  • Regularly meet with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.


Account Oversight:



  • Manage a portfolio of long-term care clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

  • Monitor account activity and client satisfaction, providing regular reports and updates to management.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (billing, service delivery, etc.) to resolve any issues or service delays.


Service Coordination:



  • Collaborate with nursing home staff to ensure seamless implementation of services, from initial setup to ongoing support.

  • Coordinate the delivery of specialized care products, equipment, or services, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, educating them on the full range of services offered.


Sales and Growth:



  • Identify opportunities for additional services or products that could benefit long-term care clients, driving upsell initiatives.

  • Expand the companys presence within the long-term care sector by identifying potential new clients and referrals.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide client insights and support strategies for market growth.


Billing and Documentation:



  • Ensure accurate and timely client billing in line with contracted terms.

  • Assist clients with any billing questions or discrepancies, working closely with the billing department.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements.


Industry Knowledge:



  • Stay up to date with changes in long-term care regulations, healthcare trends, and best practices in the industry.

  • Provide feedback to the company on industry trends and client needs, contributing to product and service improvements.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or long-term care industry.

  • Strong understanding of long-term care operations and the needs of nursing homes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

  • A client-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering outstanding service.


Compensation:



  • $18-21/hr based on experience.
