Responsibilities Peraton is currently seeking skilled and qualified candidates for our Documentation Supervisor position with the USPS TESS program located in Norman, Oklahoma. This position will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities of documentation staff within the department. This position is for a proposal that has not yet been awarded. If awarded, this position is projected to start in January 2025. Selected candidate must reside or live local to the Norman, OK customer site. Company will provide relocation assistance for selected candidates if re-location is required. Day to Day Work Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff
Ensure new and existing publications are in accordance with established documentation procedures.
Ensures any necessary internal process documentation is created and completed
Participates in internal staff meetings and external customer facing meetings
Planning and executing projects and ensuring goals are met.Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Minimum of six years related experience.
U.S. Citizenship (Must have resided and lived in the United States past five years, with no more than six months outside travel of the U.S. during this time frame).
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Previous experience with internal process documentation.
Previous experience with variety of field concepts, practices and procedures.
Experience with planning and implementing projects and end goals.
Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
