Integrated Brain Health is a multidisciplinary clinic offering ABA and OT services in Oklahoma City, OK looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team.

Job Requirements:
Must be nationally registered and licensed in the state of Oklahoma
Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
Undergo and pass a background check before start date
Must maintain BLS and COTA credentialing while employed

Essential Job Functions:
Monitor a client's progress to make sure that they're successfully following the treatment plan and meeting established OT goals
Updating patient records for the Occupational Therapist
Keeping the office, treatment room, and equipment in good order
Teaching families or caregivers techniques to assist with carryover in the home
Must have a passion for working with children , although prior experience is not required, priority will be given to those with a pediatric and/or behavioral health background
Regularly communicate with supervising OTR and OT Clinical Director
Participate in staff meetings and company events
Follows IBH policies and procedures
Must have reliable transportation
Provide a safe and supportive environment for all clients
Complete all assigned documentation by established deadlines
Staff on mutual clients with other IBH disciplines

Is comfortable with change, flexible and able to adapt to most situations

Possesses problem-solving and decision-making skills and strong analytical skills
Have the physical ability to lift 50 pounds, use stairs and be mobile

Pay will be based on credentialing and experience. Contract and employee positions available.
