Bennett Aerospace Inc. , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Advanced Individual Training (AIT) 13M Instructor in Fort Sill, OK. Position Responsibilities: Provide instructions to 13M MOS AIT students. All course materials will be provided for the instructors. Follow approved Programs of Instruction for the 13M MOS and teach to standard, the contents of each lesson plan subject Make modifications to adapt material to needs of the class Ensure the total time, training devices used, and topics are in accordance with approved POIs and lesson plans Present classroom and field instruction on technical capabilities of equipment and systems associated with each of the 13M MOS (AFATDS and AMP-V) Present classroom and field instruction on the preparation, operation, and maintenance procedures required for 13M MOS systems and equipment (AFATDS and AMP-V) Present instruction on the individual and crew level skills, tasks, and duties necessary for the doctrinal employment and operation of the 13M MOS systems and equipment Administer examinations, evaluate test results, correlate test results of the students' ability, and provide recommendations to academic deficiency panels on changes and student status Follow instructional techniques and procedures specified in the United States Army Air Defense Aritilly School (USAADASCH) regulations: TRADOC Regulation (TR) 350-6, TR 350-18, TR 350-70, TR 570-4, and school memorandum. Analyze AIT individual and class academic duty performance and provide recommendations for improvement to the COR concerning course materials, methods of instruction, and performance evaluation when requested Conduct a periodic review of the POI for each of the specified 13 Series MOSs and make recommendations to the COR to update the POI Assist in preparation, set-up, and tear-down of necessary equipment, including vehicles prior to and at the conclusion of daily operations Perform limited emergency repairs such as changing tires, fuse replacements, etc. at the discretion and abilities of the operator, based on established procedures and the extent of repair needed Clean vehicles and equipment when returning from field training Ensure safe loading/unloading and operation of military equipment/system vehicles and that cargo (e.g., supplies, materials) and military personnel are appropriately protected Position Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the 13M MOS within the last 10 years Required proof of experience associated with the 13M Instructor requirement; if not currently certified, you will be required to complete instructor certification provided by 428th FA BDE Command Ability to lift at least 75lbs Must possess a SECRET security clearance Security Requirements: Background check Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
