As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for the outpatient setting.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patient function and quality of life.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatment plans, and home care routines.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate, compliant records.
Provide support across various outpatient facilities as needed.
Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through professional development.

Qualifications include:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Active Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
Current CPR certification
Strong understanding of evidence-based PT practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
