Position: Electrician Maintenance Technician A

Location: Catoosa, OK

Pay: $26+/hour

Experience:

• Must have 5+ years electrical journeyman/lineman experience as well as manufacturing background
• 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance required

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Night Shift

ProRecruiters is seeking an Electrician Maintenance Technician A to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Ability to repair and maintain overhead bridge cranes Jib Cranes and other types of machinery require diagnosing and making solid recommendations to repair all equipment as needed
• Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to sounds to locate the cause of trouble
• Perform monthly inspections on all production equipment and replacement parts; confer with department managers to coordinate monthly inspections
• Examine the form and texture of parts to detect imperfections; repair or replace defective parts; install special functional and structural parts in devices
• Operate overhead and jib cranes, industrial forklifts and manlifts
• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment; lubricates, clean, and test parts
• Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment; repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment
• Ability to repair and maintain physical structure of establishment; install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers
• Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
• Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures

Position Requirements:

• Must have knowledge in repairing, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and deal respectfully with the public
• Perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate and interchange with others within the department
