About the Role:
The General Manager, Operations supports the Regional Chief Medical Officer ("CMO") in managing regional administrative operations, cross-enterprise initiatives, regional operations, and projects as assigned by the CNO. The primary function of this role is to multiply the effectiveness of the CMO, by proxying for the leader in relation to regional projects, regional implementations, and the implementation of strategic planning processes. This position has a visible presence throughout the region and work progress relies on this person's ability to establish professional relationships with regional leaders, Sound functional leaders, as well as hospital and health system C-suite executives and their support personnel.
The Details: This is a remote opportunity with requirements of quarterly travel (3-5 trips per year) and availability after hours by cell/text.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing strategic planning processes, organizing tasks as well as parties responsible, tracking deadlines, providing reminders, and reporting progress updates to the CMO.
- Building dashboards, pivot tables, performance metrics, and clinical reports as requested.
- Data Ownership, including the maintenance and integrity of regional data resources in Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Independently gathering material and data points from various sources to create first drafts of presentations and documents.
- Managing regional events, including creating materials, coordinating presenters, managing budgets, and arranging facilities.
- Acting as a delegate in UKG (for PTO requests), Concur (expense & travel), and Yooz (G&A invoices).
- Analyzing regional reporting, identifying concerning trends, and collaborating with leadership to drive improvements.
- Identifying areas for operational improvement and drafting proposed solutions for the CMO.
- Monitoring the G&A budget, tracking allocations, and ensuring budget accuracy.
- Partnering with Leadership to ensure completion of annual education requirements.
- Managing and overseeing all new site implementations for the region.
- Leading the annual Net Promoter Survey (NPS) project for the region.
- Managing the Retention Risk Process for the region.

Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Finance.
- Working knowledge of business operations, data informatics, and quality measures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expert level skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience leading collaborative projects with stakeholders.
- 5+ years' experience in operational management, managing multi-site operations.
- Experience in project management processes and knowledge of project management software tools.
