Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, consulting, and treating patients with voice or swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.

- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to improve communication skills.

- Document events in medical record including observations, evaluation results, and responses to treatment.

- Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of equipment, materials, and supplies used for assessment.

- Provide patients and their families with education and counseling on communication disorders and treatment options.

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • MA or MS in speech-language pathology.
  • State licensure as speech-language pathologist. Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Minimum of two years experience as speech-language pathologist, preferably in medical setting.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for helping patients with communication disorders.
