OVERVIEW OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR ROLE:

  • Strong ability to manage routine, repetitive and data entry related tasks which support our customer experience with route entries into our scheduling software and data integrity of SMS
  • Report remedial activities as defined by customer contract
  • Handle basic tasks associated with customer service and administrative support of assigned customer accounts. Tasks related to creating excel spreadsheets to track customer environmental conditions and data integrity of our SMS system and related programs.
  • Provide high levels of support to multiple Customer Advocates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle all assigned administrative and support tasks in an organized, efficient and accurate manner
  • Provide customer service support for all levels of internal and external customers

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR:

  • Time management and organizational skills with emphasis on detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Needs to demonstrate excellent customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Must be assertive, persistent, organized, and good on follow-up
  • Able to handle routine and repetitive tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Experience in interacting with all levels within an organization
