The AmplifyBio ecosystem is comprised of three distinct business units: ADOC (South San Francisco, CA) Amplify's Discovery, Optimization, and Characterization laboratories: ASET (West Jefferson, OH) Amplify's Safety, Efficacy, and Toxicology Site; and the most recently opened AMEC (New Albany, OH) Amplify's Manufacturing Enablement Center.

About ASET West Jefferson, OH: AmplifyBios safety, efficacy, and toxicology unit (ASET) was launched as a preclinical CRO that spun out of Battelle in 2021 to address the changing needs of commercial organizations developing modern therapeutics. AmplifyBio brings decades of experience to accommodate a wide variety of GLP and non-GLP studies in all in vivo models and dose routes. Among the investments that AmplifyBio has made to empower preclinical assessments of advanced therapies is building a new state-of-the-art analytical laboratory to include molecular and immunological assays that assess critical safety and efficacy indicators for cell and gene therapies during preclinical studies.

AmplifyBiois currently seeking aClient Services Analyst to join our growing Commercial Operations team!

The Client Services Analyst is a dynamic, client facing, fast paced and detail-oriented opportunity that will play a significant role in supporting all facets of our highly successful Commercial Operations team!

What Youll Do Here:

• Collaborate with the business development team, clients, and internal SMEs in order to develop study designs and associated price quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work with the Client Services team to reach departmental goals.
• Data management across multiple software systems:
  • NetSuite
  • Salesforce
  • Microsoft Project
  • PowerBI
• Assist with data reporting for executive team members.
• Study Design Template Creation & Management.
• Support Customer Satisfaction Initiatives.
• Internal and external client liaison.
• Lead qualification as needed.

We Would Love to HearfromYou If:

• BS / BA degree or higher (Business Management or Scientific Field).
• Minimum 5 years scientific experience (pre-clinical/clinical/research).
• Experience developing price quotes (a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external clients.

Desired But Not Required:

• Experience utilizing salesforce CRM tools.
