Project Coordinator
Reynoldsburg, OH (Hybrid 2-3 times/week in office)

This position involves managing timelines and calendars, coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and optimizing marketing processes for efficient project delivery
Responsibilities include assisting the Campaign Specialist with agenda distribution, cross-functional campaign routing, processing projects in Workfront, and building campaign decks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars and timelines to ensure smooth project completion.
• Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings.
• Create and publish agendas, recaps, and campaign decks.
• Track and document action items to ensure accurate deliverables.
• Improve and standardize marketing processes to enhance delivery speed and quality.
• Maintain and coordinate Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans.
• Participate in process meetings and evolve process efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to prioritize work and manage key projects.
• Support department leadership with special projects as needed.

Must-Have Skills:

• 1 year of project coordination/management experience
• Excellent note-taking and organizational skills
• Process-oriented with strong communication abilities
• Workfront
• Project management experience, concise note taking, process oriented, strong communication skills, organized
• Previously working in Workfront
• At least 1 year of experience

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
