Job description

Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator for MST Services provides administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program. This role is primarily focused on assisting with daily administrative tasks and coordinating program logistics to support the MST Supervisor and team. The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in organizing documentation, communication, and scheduling, while also ensuring compliance with the MST model and regulatory requirements. This position is essential for maintaining efficient workflow and assisting in the overall administration of the MST program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the MST program, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating with staff.
  • Prepare and maintain program documentation, including reports, client records, and correspondence.
  • Assist in tracking program data, including model adherence reports, client outcomes, and administrative records, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
  • Coordinate communication between the MST team and external partners, including community organizations, referral sources, and funding bodies.
  • Help organize and support program-related events, trainings, and meetings.
  • Assist the MST Supervisor with onboarding and training of new staff, including preparing orientation materials and scheduling.
  • Maintain and organize program files, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, such as OMHAS and CARF.
  • Monitor supply levels and order necessary materials to support program activities.
  • Assist with billing and financial tracking, ensuring proper documentation for services rendered.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the MST program's overall operation.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience in an administrative assistant or support role, preferably in a healthcare, mental health, or social services setting.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in mental health services (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting staff and program needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or some college coursework in administration or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting.
  • Experience with scheduling, document management, and office coordination.
  • Familiarity with mental health services or MST is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Primarily an office-based position, requiring use of standard office equipment such as computers and printers.
  • Some travel within the community may be required for meetings or program support.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be necessary depending on program needs.


Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
