$10,000 Sign-on Bonus
What You'll Do:
We have PT or FT positions at 48 hours and over
Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver comprehensive care to obstetric patients.
Care Coordination: Direct and coordinate all nursing care for your assigned patients, ensuring seamless and effective care delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes and efficient care delivery.
Documentation: Maintain accurate data collection and ensure documentation reflects the care provided, adhering to hospital policies and timeframes.
Patient Education: Provide timely health information and written materials to patients and their significant others, documenting these interactions.
Quality Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of nursing care through participation in performance improvement initiatives.
Professional Development: Accept accountability for your practice and development; stay updated with current nursing standards and hospital policies.
Professional Image: Consistently project a positive professional image through appearance and behavior.
What You'll Bring:
Education & Licensure:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
Continuing Education:
Completion of twenty-four (24) contact hours of approved Continuing Education (CE) every two years as required by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
Certifications:
Continuous certification in American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS).
Attain Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six (6) months of employment and maintain continuous certification.
