The Production Planning and Control Manager will lead the production control team in the areas of scheduling, staffing, and business planning.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintaining of production schedules to ensure efficient production processes

Coordinate with various departments such as procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure a smooth supply chain process

Monitor inventory levels and production progress to identify potential issues and propose solutions

Analyze production data to assess performance and efficiency

Prepare production reports and present them to management

Lead company level themes related to continuous improvement

Train and mentor team members to ensure they are capable of meeting their job requirements

Set goals and objectives for the team and evaluate their performance

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field or relevant experience

6-8+ years of manufacturing experience

Knowledge/Skills:

Proven experience in production planning and supply chain management

Experience in a leadership role with strong team management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Additional Requirements:

This role requires up to 10% of travel (domestic, with potential international)
