Job description

Service compressors, machinery application flow control, and pneumatic systems at client facilities used in manufacturing operations mostly for the medical device and automotive manufacturing industries. Activities: Visit customer locations to install, troubleshoot, tune, repair, maintain, and upgrade Rotary and Centrifugal Compressors; Oil free air compressors; Diaphragm compressor and vacuum pumps; Liquid ring and rotary valve compressors; Stationary and portable electric air compressors; Positive displacement blowers; Piping systems; Control and monitoring systems for air compressors; Compressed air and desiccant dryers. Troubleshoot PLCs including ladder logic modification. Repair pneumatic system components on manufacturing machinery. Perform routine and corrective maintenance activities for customer machinery including disassembly, cleaning, servicing or replacing worn parts, and rebuilding.
