Job Title: Travel Nursing Business Development

Compensation: $40,000 per year or more depending on experience, plus lucrative commission pay!

Full-time, Monday- Friday

Location: Dayton, Ohio

Requires frequent travel within local market

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for networking and marketing of Traveling Nursing services and coordination of operations between the agency, hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, former energy workers, and community organizations.

This role is responsible for getting new business & maintaining current Clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:

1. Orchestrates, directs, and drives new growth through marketing, advertising, events, and direct contact with individual clients and community professionals.
2. Attends meetings, participating in both external and internal committees and organizations.
3. Represents the company at all times in a professional, ethical and loyal manner.
4. Complies with company policies and procedures.
5. Establish relationships and education to all Clients.
6. Maintain and build partnerships.
7. Ensure established operational and marketing budget parameters are met.
8. Submits Agency required reports per established timelines.
9. Other Duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities at this time.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors Degree- Preferred
• Travel Nursing experience - Required
• 3+ years of sales experience- Required

Travel Requirement: Must have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, & MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driver's License
