Salary range: $37.00 - $41.00 per hour

The Nurse Manager, RN ensures high-quality resident care and upholds nursing standards in collaboration with the Director of Nursing. This role serves as both a clinical resource and a leadership model, driving positive change to enhance care delivery.

Key duties include:

Overseeing high-risk care activities (e.g., wound care, catheter use, incontinence care, and medication administration).
Participating in the QAA Committee and infection control assessments.
Maintaining infection control documentation and resident care records.
Communicating effectively with residents, families, staff, and physicians.
Supporting performance improvement initiatives and meeting all educational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Education: Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of Ohio.

Experience: Long-term care experience preferred. Currently certified in CPR. One year supervisory experience preferred.
