Salary range: $37.00 - $41.00 per hour

The Nurse Manager, RN ensures high-quality resident care and upholds nursing standards in collaboration with the Director of Nursing. This role serves as both a clinical resource and a leadership model, driving positive change to enhance care delivery.

Key duties include:

  • Overseeing high-risk care activities (e.g., wound care, catheter use, incontinence care, and medication administration).
  • Participating in the QAA Committee and infection control assessments.
  • Maintaining infection control documentation and resident care records.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, staff, and physicians.
  • Supporting performance improvement initiatives and meeting all educational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Education: Associate s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of Ohio.

Experience: Long-term care experience preferred. Currently certified in CPR. One year supervisory experience preferred.
