Job Type: Full Time and Part Time available

Shifts: 4, 6, 8, and 12-hour shifts are offered

Salary: Earn up to $31 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

The LPN is responsible for ensuring safe and effective resident care from admission to discharge, working in collaboration with physicians, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Quality nursing care is facilitated through the application of the nursing process. Our goal is to restore and maintain each resident's abilities, both mentally and physically, to their fullest potential. The LPN acts as a positive clinical role model for staff and serves as a valuable resource.

Qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Ohio.
  • Current CPR certification; long-term care experience is preferred.
