Riverside Overview Riverside Research is an independent National Security Nonprofit dedicated to research and development in the national interest. We provide high-end technical services, research and development, and prototype solutions to some of the country's most challenging technical problems. Position Overview Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Intelligence Production Manager to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position is in support of the existing product lifecycle management, production management methodologies, and processes as well as the creation of new production management strategies and documentation. The Intelligence Production Manager shall support and enable the unit's ability to review, forecast, initiate, and schedule analytic operations and create, implement, and maintain a production management system complementary to and inclusive of the unit's analytic planning direction. They will also ensure that identified analytic operations and assessment products are defined, scheduled, managed, and delivered on time and with documentation to allow for planning future analytic operations. Responsibilities • Act as the unit's production manager, supporting existing product lifecycle management and existing production management methodologies and processes. • Review current production practices and processes and recommend improvements and create new production management strategies
• Support and enable the unit's ability to review, forecast, initiate, and schedule analytic operations for the engineering analysis mission
• Support the Government management, organizational, and digital expertise to create, implement, and maintain a production management system complementary to and inclusive of the unit's analytic planning direction
• Coordinate and provide requested production management-focused briefings and updates
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Qualifications:
• Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication
• Bachelor's degree in international affairs, business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields
• Intelligence professional with a minimum of 8 years' experience supporting all aspects of the intelligence cycle to include analysis and production
• Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
• Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
• Open to occasional travel Desired Qualifications:
• Familiarity with National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) intelligence analysis and production processes
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Service Now, and MS Power BI
• Master's degree in international affairs, business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields Global Comp This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
