Task Order Project Manager
Clearance: SSBI/T5/IT-I and Secret Clearance
On-site at DLA Columbus
PMP, IAT-II (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GSEC, CySA+, SSCP or higher)
BS or BA or 4 additional years of relevant experience Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Project Manager for a potential opportunity to oversee a significant and intricate task order, or a series of task orders related to the same system. This role will involve collaboration with the Program Manager, Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level Task Order Managers, government officials, and representatives from customer agencies. Reporting to the program manager, the project manager will be responsible for comprehensively managing the task order and ensuring that the technical solutions and timelines are executed efficiently. This includes overseeing 24/7/365 secure and non-secure on-site and on-call support for enterprise-wide Video Operations Centers. The services under management encompass Video Teleconferencing (VTC), Streaming Video (SV), Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), and Digital Signage infrastructure and equipment. • Provide project management support that includes support of all tasks in this TO including administrative support, training, operations, sustainment, and technical tasks. • Provide effective management controls to meet the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout contract execution. • Technical tasks include managing the architecture, systems engineering, and information assurance/cybersecurity. • Responsibilities include Task Order Management Plan, Daily Activities Report, Monthly Status Report, and others required by the Performance Work Statement. • Provide project management services necessary to establish project governance, develop and implement project plans, establish communication and escalation procedures; support change control processes; monitor, control, and report project status, schedule, and report performance; conduct regular project reviews; and ensure quality of deliverables. • Develop a Monthly Status and 8570/8140 Reports, Project Plan, Process Reviews, Integrated Master Schedule, Briefings, Meetings, Reporting, Risk Management, and Configuration Control. • Manage the sustainment, improvements, and upgrade planning and development, implementation, and full lifecycle management of Video Teleconference (VTC), Streaming Video (SV) Internet Protocol Television and Digital Signage (IPTV/DIGITAL SIGNAGE) infrastructure and equipment. • This support includes 24/7 onsite and on-call support for secure and unsecured call setup, user management, conference monitoring, issue troubleshooting, and maintenance of VTC infrastructure, Streaming Video, IP/TV, and Digital Signage equipment. • Assist with the government design and implementation of the processes and procedures for managing and supporting VTC, SV, and IPTV/DIGITAL SIGNAGE enterprise-wide. Required Skills and Experience:
