$10,000 Sign On Bonus:
$3,000 Paid after 4 months of fulltime employment in this position

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Manager to join our team. This role is essential in overseeing the care and management of a 99-bed skilled nursing facility, our assisted and independent living facilities, and memory care unit. The RN Night Shift Manager will work on a 4/3 schedule, from 6 PM to 6 AM, and will serve as a vital link between the night shift and day shift management teams, ensuring continuity of care, addressing any issues that arise during the night, and representing the needs and feedback of the night shift staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide oversight and leadership to night shift nursing and caregiving staff across all units, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to facility policies.

Serve as a key problem-solver and decision-maker during night shifts, responding to patient needs, staffing challenges, and other urgent issues.

Act as a liaison between night shift staff and day shift management, communicating updates, concerns, and solutions to maintain a seamless flow of information.

Participate in the daily operations and management discussions with day shift leaders, contributing insights and observations from the night shift.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation, charting, and reporting, as well as compliance with all health and safety standards.

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, demonstrating empathy and effective communication.

Foster a team-oriented environment while being able to work independently and make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:

Active RN license with at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care settings.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.

Experience in managing and mentoring staff is highly desirable.
