Growing client in the Columbus, OH area is seeking a Project CFO to assist the team immediately for a year-long project. You will have the ability to establish accounting policies and controls for people-centric organization! See details below:

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROJECT CFO

• The Project CFO will manage day-to-day accounting functions hands-on, including month-end
• Evaluate current processes, establish new accounting processes, and implement internal controls
• Reconcile business accounts, research issues, and resolve discrepancies
• Assist accounting team and provide ongoing mentorship & collaboration with upper management
• The Project CFO will coordinate with external CPA, business consulting firm, and vendors

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE PROJECT CFO:

• Must have sufficient relevant experience with hands-on accounting
• Must have experience with policy, process, and control implementation
• Ability to lead and communicate with a diverse group of colleagues
• ERP experience is required, NetSuite is a plus, not a must

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 based on experience. This is an in-office position.
