Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney

Are you a skilled and dedicated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney with at least 3 years of experience? Do you have a passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients and seeking justice on their behalf? If so, our client wants you to join their dynamic legal team in beautiful Columbus.

Position Overview:

An established firm in Columbus is seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join their law firm. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of personal injury cases, representing clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Ohio State Bar membership.
  • 3 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law.
  • Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
