Job description

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be a part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors' lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. We also may have some limited facility shifts at a premium rate.

Variety of shift times available, including overnights and 12-hour ongoing shifts - days and nights

Responsibilities and Duties

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assistance with independent activities of daily living, including but not limited to, checking the mail, using the phone, meal preparation, cooking, housekeeping, possible pet care and medication reminders.
• Transportation for appointments and errands
• Companionship

Benefits:

Competitive pay starting at $16.00/hr. for 2+ years experience; $16.75/hr. for STNA, and $19.25/hr. for facility shifts. We also have short-shifts that pay higher - $22 - $31.50/hr.

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 6 months of verifiable experience as a caregiver

Must have reliable transportation with proof of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance

Must possess excellent communication skills

Must be proactive and able to work independently

Pass a criminal background check

Compassion, maturity and empathy

Pride in punctuality and reliability

Must be able to bend and lift with ease

Okay working with pets is a plus!

Compensation details: 16-16.75 Hourly Wage
