Ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of financial analyst experience. Prefer someone with Power BI experience and reviewing profit and loss statement vs. budget. Open to new grads too!

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing insightful analysis, financial modeling, and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions. This role involves collaborating with various departments, interpreting financial data, and presenting findings to senior management.

Duties Include:

As a Financial Analyst, you will be:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast business performance.
  • Provide variance analysis, highlighting key drivers impacting financial results.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
  1. Management Reporting:
  • Generate and distribute regular financial reports to senior management.
  • Summarize and communicate key financial metrics and trends.
  1. Decision Support:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support executive decision-making.
  1. Financial Performance Metrics:
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
  • Provide insights into improving financial metrics and operational efficiency.
  1. Forecasting and Budgeting:
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment with overall financial goals.
  1. Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and potential impact on financial performance.
  1. Financial Systems and Tools:
  • Utilize financial systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to financial systems as needed.

To qualify for a Financial Analyst with us:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) may be preferred.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably with increasing levels of responsibility.
  3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  8. Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
