Job description

Presidio is seeking an onsite Traveling Desktop Support / Field Technician.

Our client is seeking a Desktop Support / Field Technician to travel to 20+ terminal locations to provide in-person technical support. The client is a trucking company that provides transportation, logistics and freight transportation solutions and it's important that there is a dedicated Technician onsite to act as the "go-to". The listed terminals have anywhere from 20-60 back-office employees that will require assistance post Citrix VDI upgrade. This Technician will be traveling to the listed sites and be present for the Citrix VDI cut over. This individual will give users access to the new environment, help them log into their workstation, familiarize them with the new features and resolve basic questions. Once the site is established, this individual will move onto the next location. Training will be provided.
