Technical Documentation Specialist
Parma, OH (onsite)

This role involves working with SMEs, system administrators, and the technology team to document systems and processes, create and refine technical information, and manage procedure guides.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, operations, and technical teams to create, update, and manage system procedure guides.
• Develop technical documentation for products, tools, and services, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct customer training on Ricoh devices and applications, with follow-up for optimal usage.
• Identify potential sales leads and volume-building opportunities.
• Manage time and territory efficiently, focusing on under-utilized Ricoh systems.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers and Ricoh personnel.

Requirements

• 2-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Basic computer competencies, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Familiarity with office imaging products, ERP, and PLM is a plus.
