Job description

Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as necessary Maintain office inventory supplies. Create employee onboarding packets for new hires. Manage the office calendar, including scheduling for PTOs, birthdays, anniversaries, and other events. Create new leads and To-Dos in the CRM Pipeline. Manage emails in the billing and info inboxes, responding as appropriate. Input vendor bills into the accounting system. Write checks as requested and maintain accurate records. Assist with Accounts Payable. Requirements Some College education is helpful but not required; A Bachelors degree is a plus. 3+ years of administrative assistant experience is required; clerical accounting experience is preferred. The ability to answer incoming phone calls and initiate proactive calls to customers and clients when necessary is essential. Strong organizational skills are necessary, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for accurate data management and reporting. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
