Job description

Software Quality Assurance Manager (SQA Manager) will oversee reliability, functionality, and quality testing, integration and deployment of a modular software solution for warehouse management processes and material flow
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and release managers, to design and implement comprehensive test strategies, execute test cases, and identify software defects
The SQA Manager will work to provide seamless and efficient warehouse execution system through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes
He/She will work closely with the release manager and software engineers to develop and debug test conditions for the product.
This role is hybrid
MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 MILES OF CINCINNATI, OHIO.
No corp-to-corp

Job Purpose

  • Support the development, testing and deployment of the FulfillX software product
  • Identify, report, and track software defects using tools such as Azure Devops or Jira
  • Plan tests to acceptance criteria from functional requirements and manually execute test scenarios to pass them
  • Mentor Junior QA members
  • Triage bugs and help debug if they are stuck to figure out the bugs validity
  • Write and generate automate tests for functional, regression, integration and performance testing
  • Create and maintain documentation including test cases, test data, and reports to ensure traceability and transparency
  • Support the startup of the new company.
Professional Experience:
  • 5+ years' of software testing
  • 4+ year of development
  • Experience with SQL, SOAP, API, XML, REST
  • Experience with API integration
  • Experience with WMS/WES software platforms
  • Proven portfolio of projects
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience supporting and developing Warehouse control systems is preferred
  • Experience with C#, React, Java, or Selenium preferred
