DUTIES: Powerback Rehabilitation LLC (f/k/a Genesis Eldercare Rehabilitation Services, LLC) seeks multiple physical therapists in Cincinnati, Ohio and Florence, Kentucky. Under the general supervision of the Director of Rehab, the Physical Therapist plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Within scope of a PT license, position will supervise 1-4 Physical Therapy Assistants. Position may require shift coverage to other facilities within a normal commuting distance, including:

Salary Range: $42.00/hour - $50.00/hour
The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor
Hours: 40 hours/week

Requires valid Ohio and Kentucky Physical Therapy license, or proof of license eligibility as well
as a Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. A qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. The position may require shift coverage to other facilities within normal commuting distance.
