Hydromat Operator

SUMMARY: The Hydromat Operator is responsible for all set up, inspection, preventative maintenance, upkeep, and proper usage of all Hydromat machine s (link removed)>

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sets up and operates Hydromat machines


• Interchang es cutting tools within the Hydromat machine


• Monitors and m aintains fluid levels within Hydromat machine


• Cleans Hydromat machine before and after use as needed


• Operates crane for H ydromat setup


• Produces parts to Dimensional Control Plan (DCP)


• Follows all necessary work instructions and procedures as laid out by companys QMS (ISO)


• Reports quality updates to supervisor as needed


• Follows all established work instructions and standard operating procedures , including the setup procedure list


• Follows all inte rnal, OSHA, and outside agency safety regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education and/or Experience - 2 - 3 years manufacturing experience with Hydrom at
  preferred , 5 years with on the job training or crane preferred, IQMS preferred but not
  required


• Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, utilize in - house ERP system
