Gpac in partnership with a leading mechanical construction company is seeking an Plumbing Sales Manager & REP.

What you will be doing as an Plumbing Sales Manager & REP:

Sales Reps & Engineers promote and sell heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC) of industrial size to commercial accounts. Much of this work involves finding good matches of equipment output and efficiency to match buildings and interior work areas. These engineers are responsible for ensuring that they provide optimum climate control/ventilation equipment for the particular setting without creating wasteful cost overruns for the purchaser or contractor, while also ensuring that the system recommendations meet the needs of the building.


  • Sales Revenue: Achieve and exceed Weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability for the company.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Close Rate: Convert incoming inquiries into booked service appointments and sales leads, maximizing opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate mastery of advanced camera technology and sewer/drain diagnostic tools, ensuring accurate inspections and effective solutions for customers. Underground drainage knowledge (ie: how they work, how they are maintained and how/why they fail) and Understanding of plumbing sewer excavation, sewer relining, pipebursting and hydrojetting is paramount to success in this role.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, effectively tracking leads, follow-ups, and opportunities to ensure timely and successful closure.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with installation technicians and other team members to coordinate service delivery, address customer needs, and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and professional development to enhance service offerings and drive customer value.

To work as an Plumbing & HVAC sales engineer, candidates should have a strong background in an area such as mechanical or industrial engineering or field experience in commercial Plumbing & HVAC work.

Sales Engineer Requirements:


  • Build strong customer relationships driving penetration of Plumbing & HVAC solutions.
  • 3 years of sales experience
  • Sewer/Underground Drain: 4 years (Required)
  • Service Titan: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Plumbing: 4 years (Required)
  • Provide solutions and designs as per the customer's requirements.
  • Build relationships and establish a faithful customer network to achieve market penetration.
  • Prepare proposals based on the project's technical specifications and requirements.
  • Experience with HVAC, controls, industrial, fabrication - Commercial background a plus
