Job description

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking for a Branch Manager that is a licensed Respiratory Therapist at our Fargo, NDlocation. Northwest Respiratory Services is a leading provider of oxygen and respiratory products throughout the Midwest and Rockies. We specialize in serving the long-term care community and oxygen dependent Veterans. As the Branch Manager you will maintain and continue to build our strong reputation of customer service in the industry. You will oversee all the branches needs and employees. The Branch Manager will report to the Regional Operations Manager keeping them informed with the branch needs.

Salary Rate:$70k-$90k yearly. Cell phone, delivery vehicle, and uniform provided. On-Call pay.

Schedule:Monday-Friday Hours 8:00am-5:00pm. Holidays and Weekends off. Worked hours can vary dependent on needs at the branch.

Job Duties:

Deliver, set up and provide instruction of home medical equipment to include: oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen systems, BiPAP, CPAP, overnight and continuous oximetry, humidity systems, suction and pediatric set ups
Provide client follow up visits per company policy and forward proper documentation to appropriate referral
Serve as a clinical resource to internal and external customer groups
Assign work schedules and oversee timecards
Conduct performance evaluations
Complete training requirements
Maintain branch inventory

Top candidates will have:

National Board for Respiratory Care Registration or Certification
Current License in the state of Branch location and in other state(s) as required based on territory served
Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check, drug test, and DOT physical
Ability to lift, pull, push and carry heavy equipment daily
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
A desire to work with the public and help others obtain a better quality of life
