Job description

Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:



  1. Equipment Maintenance:


    • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance checks and inspections according to established schedules.
  2. Troubleshooting:


    • Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
    • Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
  3. Repair and Replacement:


    • Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts using hand and power tools.
    • Order and install replacement parts as needed, maintaining an organized inventory of spare parts.
  4. Safety Compliance:


    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a secure and accident-free work environment.
    • Participate in safety training programs and contribute to the development of safety procedures.


Maintenance Technician Qualifications:



  1. Experience:


    • 2-5 of experience as a Maintenance Technician
    • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
  2. Skills:


    • Proficient in using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
