Job description

Key Responsibilities: Resident Care: Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing patient records. Care Planning: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents. Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of residents' physical and mental health, adjusting care plans as needed. Communication: Maintain open communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. Compliance: Ensure that all nursing practices comply with state and federal regulations and facility policies. Education: Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health management. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff to ensure a supportive and efficient care environment. Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of North Dakota. Experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or a related field is preferred. Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. BLS/CPR certification required. Benefits: Competitive hourly wage of $33 - $43 per hour.
