Description

The Superintendent - Commercial & Hospitality GC - Raleigh will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring quality control of all subcontractors.
• Coordinating field efforts between trades to achieve timely and profitable project completion, adhering to contract documents and safety standards.
• Communicating project updates effectively to superiors and participating in weekly subcontractor and owner/architect meetings.
• Monitoring site safety protocols and tracking manpower through daily reports.
• Assisting with quality control oversight, field office document control, creating look-ahead schedules, and managing site deliveries.
• Verifying that materials, equipment, and installations are compliant with approved submittals and contract documents.

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Superintendent - Commercial & Hospitality GC - Raleigh role will have:

• 3-5+ years of Superintendent experience in the commercial or hospitality sector.
• Proven experience with large-scale commercial and hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and cost principles.
• An entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management abilities, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Job Offer

The Superintendent - Commercial & Hospitality GC - Raleigh will receive:

• A competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, based on experience.
