Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent with extensive background in the construction industry, particularly with new construction projects.

Commercial Construction Superintendent - Raleigh, NC will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and uphold quality standards
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain comprehensive reports
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to swiftly address and resolve any issues
• Promote a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site

Profile

Commercial Construction Superintendent - Raleigh, NC should have the following experience:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Experience with new construction projects valued at $20M+
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in reading and interpreting construction drawings, including updating project-related drawings
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to high safety and quality standards
• Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
