They are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to be a leader and help grow their Triad market. This individual must have prior experience in Business Development within the NC market overall.

The Business Development Manager - Top Southeast GC - Construction will:
- Maintaining and growing a client base and identifying new revenue opportunities through new and existing contacts
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and pre-construction teams to analyze market conditions and a strong, strategic approach to the market
- Track communications from target clients
- Secure new revenue deals by initiating, coordinating, and closing out initial contracts
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure quality and service during the project
- Communicate and negotiate any necessary terms
- Visit client offices and job sites as necessary
- Collaborate with leadership and architects
- Work with estimating team to communicate budgets and estimates to potential or existing clients
Profile
The Business Development Manager - Top Southeast GC - Construction must have:
- 8+ years of experience in a construction business development role with a General Contractor or Subcontractor
- Bachelor's Degree in business management or a construction related field is preferred
- Has to have prior business relationships within the Southeast construction markets
- Experience with a client relationship management software a plus
- Valid driver's license required, as well as ability to travel to local job sites
Job Offer
The Business Development Manager - Top Southeast GC - Construction will receive:
- Base Salary - $90,000-140,000
- Strong performance based bonuses and commission
