Position Details:

Type: Part-Time

Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible schedule: choose between four 5-hour days or two 10-hour days)

Start Date: January 6, 2025

Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Support professional to provide essential assistance to our work groups. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge and skills acquired through formal training or extensive work experience. You will operate within established procedures, requiring a moderate degree of oversight while serving in a non-exempt capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize business software applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.

Manage incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email by screening and directing them appropriately.

Maintain organized files and calendars for the team.

Coordinate business travel arrangements and meeting logistics.

Track and manage expenses as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
