Position: HR Clerk

Location: Mooresville, NC (On-site 3 days per week)

About the Role:

We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Clerk to support a range of administrative and HR duties. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting hiring processes, and assisting with payroll and attendance tracking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of administrative work and HR support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Publish and update job listings on the careers page and other platforms.

Schedule and conduct initial interviews for hourly positions.

Maintain employee records (e.g. vacation and sick leaves).

Ensure accurate timekeeping and employee attendance records.

Screen resumes and applications, ensuring high-quality candidate selection.

Distribute training materials, both digital and physical.

Assist with payroll processing through ADP and ensure accurate attendance tracking.

Create ad-hoc reports related to expenses, payroll, and other HR metrics.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an HR Clerk, HR Assistant, Administrative Assistant or related field.

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Experience with ADP is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
